Who is behind Mynstrell?
Music has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started playing the piano at five, later studied at the conservatory, and went on to spend more than twenty years immersed in choral, polyphonic and musical theatre.
In 2011, together with other music professionals, I co-founded a music and theatre association dedicated to introducing young people to music and performance.
The company is still thriving today, nurturing new talent and helping some of its students move towards professional careers in the performing arts.
Over time, performing music naturally evolved into creating it, leading me to compose and produce my own work.
Through all these years, I have seen first-hand how powerful a song can be and how it can capture a person, a moment or a feeling and make it last. That idea is at the heart of Mynstrell: giving anyone the chance to turn their own story into something deeply personal they can hear, feel and keep forever.

I’ve spent much of my career creating characters and telling stories through art, working in the games and digital creative industries.
What has always interested me most is the human side of creativity, the small details that make a person, a memory or a story feel unique.
That same idea eventually led me to Mynstrell.
I wanted to create something that could turn those personal details into an experience people could genuinely connect with, rather than another gift chosen from a shelf.
Working alongside Christian, I saw the opportunity to bring storytelling and music together: taking someone’s memories, phrases and emotions and shaping them into a song that could only belong to them.
For me, Mynstrell is ultimately about creating something that lasts.
A song can bring you back to a person or a moment years later, sometimes within just a few seconds, and I wanted to make that kind of experience accessible to anyone with a story worth telling.
